"You can't go wrong with BizXchange."
Westside Organics had a large annual cash budget for advertising, branding and customer acquisition. One of the main benefits they see in their BizXchange membership is the ability to pay for the advertising with BizX and use their cash to expand product offerings, purchase delivery vehicles and bring on new employees.
Owner Ash Sud joined BizXchange early in 2005 and was instantly impressed with the quality of BizX members and staff. He looked forward to joining the large and constantly growing membership and being able to use his BizX for a vast amount of products and services. "I was confident once we accumulated BizX there would be no problem spending it," said Sud.
Although Westside Organics uses the majority of their BizX for advertising, they have also found a way to use it to save cash on another part of their marketing efforts, trade shows. At the New Living Expo in San Francisco they were able to pay for 100% of their booth costs on BizX. They were also able to use BizX for travel expenses to attend trade shows in Los Angeles and Las Vegas. Sud claims this helped reach a "target market they would have otherwise not reached."
Because Westside Organics has been able to incorporate the use of BizX so successfully into their business, they have become very active and prominent within the exchange. "Our experience with the [Account Managers] at BizX has been phenomenal," says Sud. "If you have limited capital to grow your business, want to preserve cash or just want to increase revenue, you can't go wrong with BizXchange."
